Weddings are covered by two photographers, one main (Tracey) and one assistant. We are more "photojournalistic" in our approach which means the majority of the photos are taken candidly with a documentary purpose and are meant to capture all of the elements of the wedding day so you can go back and relive it every time you look through them in the future. Photos from a typical wedding day include getting ready, the ceremony, formal family portraits, wedding party portraits, wedding portraits of the couple, and the reception.
Free Consultation |
We would love to work with you, but only if we are exactly what you need. During our consultation we go over things to consider before making a final decision. Contact us to schedule a meeting over Zoom or Facetime Note: Have you locked in your venue and date? Unless you are planning your wedding date around our availability (we would be so honored!) please make sure to lock in your venue and date first. |
Lock Us In |
If you decide that we are the best photographers for you and would like to lock us in for your special day, we have an agreement and retainer fee. Both can be conveniently completed online. Pro Tip: Always look for a wedding photographer that has these two things in place to lock in their services. Without them, you have no guarantee your photographer will actually show up on your wedding day! |
Ask Away |
We offer all of our clients unlimited communication to answer any questions you may have during your planning process. |
Wedding Ceremony 101 |
We meet again about a month or so before your wedding day to go over all of your plans in detail. We also provide our Wedding Ceremony 101 session where we cover all of our tips and tricks that we've learned over the years to help you get the photos that you want from your wedding ceremony. |

As with any creator of an artistic medium, much time and practice has been devoted towards creating our style of photography. Unfortunately, we do not work with pinterest boards to figure out what kinds of photos or poses to take for you. The only exception is a shot list reflecting the different combinations for the formal family portraits at weddings or large family sessions. Our clients hire us for our style and creativity to craft their photos. Please only choose us to take your photos if our style fits what you are looking for.
If there is a specific photo or pose you would like to try, it will be considered on a case by case basis and requests must be made in advance. We can attempt to create a photo out of your vision, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill all requests.
Photos from wedding sessions can take 1-2 months to process. Processing time may also be longer during peak seasons. We invest a large amount of time post-processing, editing, and crafting your portraits. This is the main reason why we take on a limited number of clients during the year. We know that the each and every photo we take is a once in a lifetime moment to be cherished forever, so we will never compromise quality for the sake of rushing a final product to our client.
Yes. Sometimes venues require vendors to provide proof of liability insurance. We are more than happy to work with your vendor to make sure all of their requirements are met.
