What are your professional/commercial sessions like?

Professional/commercial sessions are tailored to what it is that you need for your business or company needs.  We can provide professional headshots, product photography, real estate photography and even drone photography!  All sessions are done on-location except for our quick individual headshots which are done at our home.  After the session is done, we select the best of the photos taken and post-process each of them.

Do you operate UAS drones?

Yes!  We are FAA Part 107 certified to fly UAS drones for commercial purposes.

What's the best time of day to take our photos?

The time of day makes all the difference when taking photos outdoors.  The closer it is to noon, the position of the sun becomes more overhead which is typically not flattering for portrait photography (and it can get hot!).  Because of this we typically recommend not doing outdoor photoshoots between 10am-3pm.

Do you offer discounts?

If you are one of our past clients or were referred by one of our past clients please let us know.  Cash discounts available.

Unfortunately we do not offer discounts by request.  However, we may be able to provide you with a customized session that will work within your budget.  We do nothing less than pour our whole hearts into what we do and feel that our prices are fair for the work we offer our clients.  There is a tremendous amount of time spent not only behind our cameras shooting, but also prepping, planning, post-processing, editing, and crafting our portraits.

How do we book your services?

Please send us an email via our contact us page detailing what you are looking and when so we can provide you with more information and check our availability.

Can we have prints made?

Yes.  We release reproduction rights to all photos delivered to our clients so they may have prints made wherever they choose.  We also offer reasonably priced prints through a professional developing lab that can be ordered directly from your private online gallery by request.

What kind of equipment do you use?

We shoot with Nikon D750 and D600 cameras, along with a variety of high quality wide angle, fixed prime, and telephoto lenses.  We also shoot with an array of light modifiers and speed flashes that allow for us to shoot adequately and artistically in even the most challenging of lighting situations.

Can you photoshop me to look skinnier and younger?

As much as we all wish to be skinnier and younger, we do not "photoshop" or alter photos to affect what was physically present at the time the photo was taken.  Altering what was physically captured in a photo can be a very complicated and time consuming process that in our opinion can actually devalue a photo because it is no longer genuine.  Small marks and blemishes may be considered for editing if it can be reasonably done.

How long does it take to get our finished photos? Why does it take this long?

Photos from a headshot sessions are typically delivered within a month.  All other professional/commercial sessions depends on the session.  Processing time may also be longer during peak seasons.  We invest a large amount of time post-processing, editing, and crafting your portraits.  This is the main reason why we do not take on a large amount of work during the year.  We know that each and every photo we take is a once in a lifetime moment to be cherished forever, so we will never compromise quality for the sake of rushing a final product to our clients.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes.
